My roof started leaking during the last rain storm. Easy to say that I had a lot of anxiety and worry over getting repairs done and working with my HOA to get it done in a timely manner. Brittany really was my saving grace through the whole process. She was professional, punctual, respectful and genuinely cared about our situation from start to finish. Every time a new problem surfaced (there were many) Brittany showed up and did not rest until we had a solution for a problem. She really went above and beyond. I was so lucky to find Chris and his company Total Restoration. They were very responsive to my phone calls, came out to see the mold problem and explained in detail how they could fix the issue. It required remediating mold, which was hidden under my cabinet frames, rebuilding the frames and literally putting my kitchen back together again. Once they were finished my kitchen looked as good as it was originally, including the quartz counters and cabinets!
